Industrial Projects & Facility Services
Move industrial scopes from definition through coordination, field execution, startup, and handover. 1MH Group helps owners create control around the interfaces that cause projects to stall: operations, contractors, equipment, utilities, safety, documentation, and readiness.
Coordinate the work between the work packages.
Industrial projects succeed or fail at their interfaces. Equipment may be ready while utilities, access, permits, contractors, production windows, or operating procedures are not. We help define those dependencies early and maintain visibility as the work progresses.
Support can supplement an owner team, establish controls for a specific installation or facility change, or coordinate a portfolio of smaller capital and maintenance projects.
Services may include
- Equipment installation and relocation support
- Plant expansion and facility modification coordination
- Maintenance and shutdown project support
- Contractor scope and interface coordination
- Schedule, action, and document control
- Commissioning and startup readiness
- Punch-list and closeout management
- Operations and maintenance handover support
Define, coordinate, verify, and hand over.
The engagement starts by clarifying the objective, boundaries, stakeholders, constraints, and acceptance conditions. From there, 1MH establishes practical controls for actions, decisions, documents, schedule interfaces, risk, and readiness.
Field observations and structured coordination keep the plan connected to current conditions. Closeout is treated as an operating transition: incomplete records, training, spares, PM requirements, punch items, and ownership are made visible before the project team exits.
Typical deliverables
- Scope and responsibility matrices
- Integrated milestone and action trackers
- Contractor coordination records
- Risk, issue, and decision logs
- Commissioning and startup checklists
- Punch lists and completion evidence
- Asset data and maintenance handover packages
Built around the facility and the work.
Project support is shaped for active manufacturing plants, mining and aggregate operations, utilities, warehouses, heavy process facilities, public-sector sites, and other environments where construction or maintenance work must coexist with ongoing operations.
EXPLORE INDUSTRIES WE SERVEPlanning the engagement.
Can 1MH supplement an existing project team?
Yes. The role can be bounded around owner coordination, field visibility, controls, commissioning readiness, documentation, or closeout rather than replacing the full project organization.
Do you perform licensed engineering or trade construction?
Not unless the work is separately provided by appropriately licensed and qualified parties. 1MH defines its role clearly and coordinates specialist resources when the scope requires them.
When should handover planning begin?
At scope definition. Asset data, training, spares, procedures, PM needs, acceptance evidence, and ownership are easier to control when they are identified before procurement and installation are complete.
